Canvas Hockey is a top-down arcade-style party game that features character animations created using drone footage of real hockey players. Players can engage in quick-play matches for 1v1 or 2v2 battles, or opt to unlock Canvas Hockey Pro to organize custom tournaments. With Canvas Hockey Pro, players can delve into a single-player Career mode where they start at the Bronze league and strive to reach the pinnacle of CHL elite.
In Career mode, you have the opportunity to manage your roster by trading partners and goalies, and in a bold move, even trade yourself if necessary to turn the tides of a losing match. Progress through the leagues while facing increasingly faster and more skilled A.I. opponents, keeping tabs on your stats and team history through the endless Career mode.
